Blue and Yellow Buffet with Mirror
Blue and Yellow Buffet with Mirror
National furniture antique Empire quartersawn oak buffet or sideboard and mirror Early 20th century buffet or server from National Furniture Company.
Made from quartersawn oak with a contoured front featuring four drawers and a central cabinet for storage. Includes a scrolled backsplash with a beveled mirror and upper shelf for display. Great for use as a buffet, sideboard, or bar back.
The National Furniture Company was based out of Jamestown, New York, and operated from 1890 to 1938. They specialized in the manufacture of high-end furniture.
Have you ever looked at something so distressed, broken up, covered in cobwebs and water stains; an ugly duckling and you thought to yourself... wow, how sad. How many happy occasions this server witnessed, how many happy moments and laughs and happy faces and generations looked into this mirror. I knew I had to bring all the happiness back!!! For you and for all those who appreciate history, traditions, and memories.
We tried to recreate those moments with paint and mediums from our own collection. Happy colors, old crochet table cloth, patina mirror. NOW this girl can serve you and your family for generations to come.
